Interior designer and owner’s representative for the revival of a spacious family home in a cultural and thriving neighborhood. Working through concept design, construction documentation and into construction administration, the intent of an open floor plan with sophisticated detailing was achieved. A modern interpretation of classical elements was implemented as well as the selection of quality finishes and textures to create a relaxed and inviting environment. Further, coordinating various trades and consultants, managing the project budget and executing suitable value engineered solutions ensured that client expectations were met to produce a home with smart urban appeal.
