A new campus and 53 acre site of this power management company celebrates the company’s global presence, vision, values and culture. The CEO’s aspiration for the project was to create a workplace that would encourage collaboration, new ways of working in a healthy environment. The project team included industry experts in architecture, landscaping, and exhibit and lighting design from 5 different states. Amongst the many challenges were the realization that a new 33,000 SF fitness center would need to be added outside the original structure to facilitate the full compliment of wellness services they envisioned for their employees.
