A workplace solution that supports the brand which is innovative, flexible and smart. The space was designed to bring together their consultants who spend most of their time at their clients offices. Workplace Visioning sessions with stakeholders identified the main drivers for the project as the four E’s - Engagement, Effectiveness, Environment and Efficiency. Every space is multi-functional. This paradigm shift in the way they do business culminated in Workplace 2.0; a pilot study that resulted in a 60% reduction in their real estate from 66,000 to 25,000 SF. The project’s success lead to a roll-out of these ideas as defined in their new global Workplace 2.0 Guidelines.
