Owner’s Representative and art consulting services for luxury residential condominium building designed by world renowned architect, Norman Foster. The project scope included project close-out bid and award of general contractor, oversight of millwork installation, specialized audio-visual components including motorized shades and lighting. The spaces were enhanced by thoughtfully selected art including gallery tours, design presentations, procurement and installation coordination. Professional photography and staging were part of the finishing touches that highlight the Italian furnishings, entertainment area and dramatic views of the Manhattan riverfront.
